Lillie Streeter Williams earned her certification from the John Maxwell University in Life Coaching, Consulting, and Speaking. Before embarking on this prestigious certification, Ms. Williams excelled in providing similar services for over 30 years with her expertise as an educator and school administrator. She has earned many awards including “Teacher of the Year” during her tenure as Classroom Teacher, Director of Education, Assistant Principal and Principal over the last 27 years.
Currently, Lillie volunteers as the Educational Chair for the Kinston-Lenoir County NAACP. In this role, she educates parents on how to help their children to get the most from their education through community-based informational sessions and presentations. Lillie S. Williams is an ordained Elder of the Southern District Convocation of the United Holy Church of America, Inc. and a member of Faith Hope Temple UHC of Hookerton, North Carolina, where she has served for the past 40 years. She also serves as an on-call Chaplain for Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston, North Carolina.
She has formalized training as a Mental Health Associate. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education, a Master of Educational Administration Degree and an Advanced Degree (Ed.S) in Educational Leadership from East Carolina University. Ms. Williams is well-versed and prepared to address all areas of leadership training and setting accountability standards. In addition, she holds a Bachelor in Theological Studies from Beacon University located in Columbus, Georgia. She is a woman of God that truly loves the Lord, her family and helping all people to help find “A More Excellent Way” in all areas of their lives. Ms. Williams and her husband Samuel Williams, are blessed to have five children and seven grandchildren.
